So often these days we hear individuals talk about living value and purpose driven existences. Or of finding that their jobs or lifestyles are increasingly out of sync with their values. We often nod our heads, it resonates. Deep down we instinctively know that if we are not living a life or working in a role aligned to our values we're ultimately going to be less fulfilled and more unhappy.

Yet many of us don't know, or struggle to clearly articulate our values. Sometimes our values change over time. Sometimes we just need a reminder of what is personally important to us - which can be the impetus to look into our lives and make subtle changes which have a huge impact on our happiness

This template takes you step by step through the process to understand your values, to prioritise them and to then look at how to live / work in a way more connected to them. 

Perhaps the most important thing we can do is check in with ourselves, make sure we are pursuing what is important to us, and understanding the impact this has on others around us now.
